In a STATIC sector like the electric one, emerging and gaining public trust requires a targeted strategy. Just like the one we designed and created for Simon Urmet, deciding to accompany users to discover in a different way than usual.

Simon Urmet is an Italian company that produces plates and switches, paying great attention to the design and integration of electrical devices and systems, thanks to the collaboration with the Urmet group.
Active on the Italian electricity market, the brand needed to improve its presence on the web and consolidate its online reputation. Comunico Group has thought about it.
We have designed and developed a configurator, we have placed it at the center of our digital strategy, complete with advertsing campaigns and SEO optimization, and we have made Simon Urmet the second in the sector as an online presence.

ONLINE CONFIGURATOR

Comunico Group thought that a product configurator was an excellent tool to increase the brand awareness of Simon Urmet: what could be better, in fact, than a configurator to discover the entire range of plates and switches of the brand? So we added the development of the application to the standard website navigation.
In the design phase we analyzed the needs of the user, taking into account all the possible combinations of combinations (model, color, finish, number of modules and number of commands, type of fruit) to be included, and we created a simple interface intuitive to use, choosing as a programming technology a combination of Angular JS, PHP and MySQL. In this way, the configurator offers a functional and effective user experience, even in mobile browsing.

DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY

Comunico Group has made the configurator one of the strengths of the brand.
The possibility of personalizing one’s own plate and having a preview of the result inevitably attracts the public, because it can see what it needs to take shape and thus take one more step towards the final stage of purchase.
Based on user behavior and corporate objectives, the Comunico Group has therefore created a digital marketing strategy around the configurator that included dedicated social advertising campaigns and Google Ads.
With the creation of a structured funnel and the right call to action, we have created a path for the user that starts with the adv and ends up on the configurator, and we have achieved all the goals set by Simon Urmet: improvement of brand awareness, increase in permanence on the website and collection of new contacts.
