Case History – Sushiko

How to transform Sushiko’s digital audience into real customers? We have created an effective drive-to-store through the study of specific routes, the strategy of social advertising and SEO campaigns. Controlling everything with rigorous monitoring.

Sushiko is the first Italian chain of all you can eat Japanese restaurants: quality sushi, cozy bars and competitive prices thanks to the Infinity à la carte formula. An effective proposal locally, but which relegated to the digital a mere part of entertainment.

Comunico Group, after having planned and realized the complete restyling of the brand – from the classic advertising menus – has dedicated itself to a new strategy, with the aim of increasing site traffic and bringing customers to restaurants.

WEB SITE

With a restyling of the design, coherently with the rest of the identity, and thanks to a much due optimization of the user experience, we have transformed the site into a fundamental step in the user’s journey towards the choice of eating at Sushiko’s. We introduced the first phase of the customer journey: the attraction. In a few months with the SEO strategy we produced and optimally positioned the contents of the Sushiko blog for hundreds of search keys, even in zero position.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Close to people, able to create interactions and engagement and always reachable: it is in social networks that we have identified the ideal channel for Sushiko’s personality.
We decided to take advantage of Facebook, reinforce Instagram and maximize the Google My Business cards with content designed to adapt to the actual perception of the brand and to shorten the conversion path to restaurants.

ADVERTISING

Based on the tracking of the cross data between Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics, we set up advertising campaigns in a structured and coordinated way, with geographic goals, targeted publics, remarketing and instant initiatives.
So we can follow people on their way, accompanying them in every step: from the discovery of Sushiko, to the first time in one of the restaurants in the chain, to the creation of a relationship with the brand.
